I have had an overall good experience with Zywave, but have seen many friends who were let go over the last couple years. It is hard to have full faith after that. I am very cautiously optimistic about the future here. It will be very hard to ever be fully optimistic again after the last 2 years layoffs, however.
Zywave stands out as an excellent choice for anyone seeking a rewarding career opportunity. Zywave's reputation for offering competitive benefits and opportunities for growth might make it a top choice to recommend as a potential employer.
I find the culture very healthy and everyone is supportive
Thomas is an exceptional manager who consistently demonstrates responsiveness to my inquiries and concerns. Additionally, he offers valuable insights for optimizing my workflow and periodically checks in on my well-being.
The people are super nice and helpful. Whenever I come across a stumbling block, I can always depend on someone, especially my directs, to point me in the right direction.

I feel confident in my ability to perform my job effectively because Zywave provides me with the necessary tools and resources.
I feel I have enough for now. I think I need more tools but what I have for now is adequate for me to perform my duties.

This is the best part of Zywave, I feel. Before Zywave acquired my last company I felt I was being actively punished for being myself. That has never been the case with Zywave leadership.

I am actually looking forward to growing with Zywave. So far, the resources available to me at the MyZy Learning have given me better information about the industry I am working in.

I received Kudos for a job well done during my second month. I just needed enough time to adjust and get my groove to perform my job as best as I could. My manager and direct person I also report to (Amanda) recognized my efforts 🙂

I believe I should earn more. Maybe that will happen down the line. I was earning at least $1000 outside of Zywave. But then again, I like the job security Zywave provides which helps me agree with what I'm earning as of now. Hopefully that will change as I increase my value in the company.

As a PSO Team, what do we do well?
I feel like there is a solid attempt to get people involved outside there immediate team. I need to do a better job of engaging in those activities. It is so easy to get caught up in work that you don't make the time for those. I also feel like there has been a real effort to make the PSO meetings and info more accessible and good explanations given of the data. Again, I end up working while in the meetings and need to do a better job of giving my full attention.
As a PSO Team, we excel in delivering exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
We should be more vocal to our suggestions and recommendations.

As part of the team, what I see is we excels in response, training, communication and professionalism. What I like is we have a nonstop projects/task and because of this, I have a rapid development in the company. every week is exciting, new learning and training.

Team management and leadership.
As a PSO team, you excel in employee management. The manager demonstrates a clear understanding of task allocation, monthly deadlines, and deliverables.
I think being consistent with the things that are necessary for the people and to be able to pinpoint what are those things are need for the team is what makes the PSO team awesome.
I think everything is streamlined as of now. Being a new employee, I don't know the entire inner workings of how the PSO team does what it does.
Keep team members in the loop about things, actively engage with team (1:1s, PSO fun activities, etc.)

As a PSO Team, where can we improve?
In one of my recent team meeting there was mention of doing peer feedback. I think that could be a great idea if handled correctly. There is room for hurt feelings and having the exercise backfire if not. Instead of being given direct immediate access to the feed back, maybe having it filter though and summarized by your manager?
As a PSO Team, we can enhance our knowledge sharing practices, investing in ongoing training and skill development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Collaboration to other departments like content.

There are always opportunities for improvement, one of them is continuous training.

Highly recommend to do compensation review based on market changes and current salary ranges compared to other industries.
At present, I do not have any feedback regarding areas for improvement. Perhaps I will provide feedback in the next survey.
just being consistent of what you do best and to be able to maintain the relationship with others are the key factors, maybe we can think of some other ideas of engagements to people
